The roof is covered with slates. The entrance doorways are arched and have heavy moulded architraves. Number 16 has a contemporary shop front that is flanked by Ionic reeded pilasters and includes an entrance doorway with a rectangular fanlight. These buildings are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive group with numbers 10 to 18 Ballingdon Street.
