Description

17 and 18 Ballingdon Street are mid-19th century buildings constructed from gault brick. They are two storeys high and feature four windows with double hung sashes that have glazing bars. The roof is covered with slates. The entrance doorways are arched and have heavy moulded architraves. Number 16 has a contemporary shop front that is flanked by Ionic reeded pilasters and includes an entrance doorway with a rectangular fanlight. These buildings are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive group with numbers 10 to 18 Ballingdon Street.
