Description

This barn, located approximately 110 metres north of Beaumont Hall, dates from the 16th to 17th century. It is constructed of red brick and features renewed timber tie-beams. The roof is clad with corrugated asbestos, and there is a later addition of a red pantiled lean-to on the south wall. Originally, the barn had 9 bays, and it now includes hanging knees to the tie-beams and a double side purlin roof.
