Description
Erwarton Almshouses is a row of three almshouses, dated 1740. They are constructed of red brick and feature red plain tiled roofs. The building is one storey high with attics and has three gabled dormers. There are three two-light diamond-leaded casements and two vertically-boarded doors on the left and one on the right, all with moulded surrounds. Below the eaves, there are four S-tie plates. A central stone plaque commemorates 'The Gift of Sir Philip Parker Long Bart, to the poor of Erwarton, 1740'.
