Description
Arwarton Hall Farmhouse is a house that likely dates from the 17th century, with a brick structure dated 1697. It features painted brickwork and a hipped red tiled roof, with chimneystacks located at the rear on both the right and left sides. The building has two storeys and an eight-window range that includes small paned vertically sliding sashes, all with gauged brick arches. The left bay seems to be an extension, and the windows there do not have arches. There is a central band and an extension with a flat-headed porch supported by panel pilasters and topped with a cornice. The entrance includes a double panelled door. Additionally, set into the right return wall is a brick dated 1697, which was noted to have been in the chimney at the time of the previous resurvey. Inside, there is a staircase featuring turned balusters.
