Holly Tree Cottage is a red brick building from the 18th to 19th century, featuring a thatched roof and possibly incorporating an earlier timber frame. It stands two storeys high and has a three-window range consisting of small casements and horizontal sliding sashes. The doors are boarded, and the south end of the cottage has a pantiled roof.
