Description

Nos 48 and 49 on Water Street is an early 19th-century building constructed from red brick and topped with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and features a raised brick band that runs across the front between the storeys, although this is obscured at the west end by a 19th-century shop front that includes glazing bars. The façade has a three-window arrangement consisting of double-hung sashes with glazing bars and segmental heads.
