Description

No. 18 Baxter Road is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of roughcast brick and features a black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. The building has brick dentil eaves and stands two storeys tall. It has three windows, with the centre window on the first floor being blocked. The ground floor windows are two-light wood mullion/transom casements, each with drip moulds above. The entrance is highlighted by a central pilastered doorcase that includes fluted capitals and a cornice, leading to a fielded panel door.
