Description

Grange Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of brick with a roof made of black glazed pantiles. The east facade features two storeys with six irregular bays. A central door is set into a 19th-century gabled brick porch, which has a rusticated door surround and a hood mould. There are side windows, and the fenestration is from the late 20th century, including four imitation sash windows on the ground floor under gauged skewback arches and four on the first floor without gauged skewback arches. Additionally, there are two small 20th-century windows on the first floor. The roof is gabled with a bell base, and there are 20th-century internal gable end stacks, along with a 18th-century ridge stack that is slightly offset to the right.
