Description

Number 9 Church Street is a building from the 17th century, faced in red brick with some 18th or early 19th century alterations, and plastered at the rear. It features a black glazed pantile roof with gable ends and stands two storeys high with an attic. The front has two widely spaced sash windows with glazing bars. A central pilastered doorcase supports a panelled door. There are flat-roofed dormers, and a brick chimney stack is present. On the north end wall, there is a ground floor twelve-pane fixed-light window.
