Description
This row of cottages, dating from the 17th to early 18th century, is located immediately north of the Old Court House owned by Mr. B L Leeder. The southern cottage is slightly advanced and has a lower roof level. The cottages feature a brick plinth with plaster above and a gable-ended pantile roof. They are one storey with an attic and have eight widely spaced windows, including sashes (some with glazing bars) and two and three-light casements, along with later flat-roofed dormers. At the rear, there are cat-slide roofs. There is also a small outbuilding at the northern end with a lower pantile roof and brick chimney stacks.
