Description
This is a 17th to 18th century farmhouse owned by Mr. Leeder, located south-west of Wood Green. The building features plastered timber-framing and painted brick-faced walls, topped with a steeply-pitched pantile roof that has gable ends. It is two storeys high with an attic, which includes attic windows in the gable end. The farmhouse has an F-shaped layout, with a gabled central projection and a gabled wing to the left. Most of the windows are sashes with glazing bars, while the left-hand wing has casement windows with glazing bars. The central projection features a glazed and panelled door flanked by sashes, all set within a moulded architrave. There is a later brick chimney stack at the end, and a modern lean-to has been added at the rear.
