Description

This is an 18th-century building on Mere Street, situated with No. 2 Victoria Road. It comprises three units: 36, 36A, and 36B. The two-storey section has six flush frame sash windows on the first floor, featuring glazing bars. A cornice sits below the parapet. Number 36 originally housed a shop with former bar windows and a wooden entrance featuring double doors, pilasters, and a continuous entablature. Number 36A contains a flat on the second floor, while Number 36B contains a flat on the first floor.
