The building has four-panelled pilasters and a parapet adorned with swags in panels. The central section projects and includes an arched window set in a stuccoed arched recess, with radial bars at the top. The windows are recessed sash types with glazing bars, and they have plain lintels resting on enriched bedstones. On the ground floor, there is a three-light square bay window on the left, a six-panel door with an Ionic porch, and a window with consoles and a pediment on the right. The north side features a full-height splay bay. The building is topped with a slate roof and has a plinth.
