  1. Early-mid Cl9 cottage orné. Small single storey cottage. Rendered. Thatched roof with half-hipped ends. Three bays. Central projecting polygonal bay with doomrway with blind fanlight. Thatch projects over side bays and supported on rustic posts. Later sashes with glazing bars and dripmoulds. Central chimney stack with 2 circular moulded brick shafts. Later small one storey brick lean-to on north end. Mid C19 wing at rear, knapped flint with buff-coloured brick dressings, hipped thatched roof. One storey, 3 bays, central segmental headed doomrway with ledged door, and flanking elliptical arched windows with casements and 4-centred arch tracery in tympanum.
