Description
Church Farmhouse is a 17th-century house located on Ellingham Mill Lane. It is constructed of colourwashed brick, partly rendered, and is likely timber framed. The house features a steeply pitched pantiled roof with a catslide over a lean-to on the east side. It has two storeys and an attic, following a lobby entrance plan. The main facade faces west and includes a range of three widely spaced windows, which are 3-light casements with segmental heads on the ground floor. The entrance door, which has six panels, is offset to the north. There are two axial stacks, with one positioned opposite the entrance. The south gable is made of red brick, while the apex of the north gable is rendered. The lean-to on the east side has 16 storeys, featuring casements and one entrance door, with segmental-headed openings on the ground floor.
