Description

No. 39 Exchange Street is an early 19th-century office building constructed of red brick. It stands three storeys tall and features three bays. The entrance is located on the right-hand side and includes a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars and a double-order arch. The ground floor has a 20th-century shopfront with reeded pilasters and a fascia. The building has sash windows throughout, which are adorned with glazing bars and have rubbed brick flat arches above them.
