Description

1 MAGDALEN STREET TG 2309 NW 8/496A No 133 GV II 2. Shop. C16 with C19 and C20 alterations. Brick and timber framed, with some render. Pantile roof with lateral stack. Street front has C20 wooden shop front, with above a C20 casement and above again a 4 light C19 casement. Interior has complete box framing on first and second floors, with mostly brick infill. Main spine beams are chamfered with label stops. Most of the visible roof timbers are C19, but the present condition of the building makes roof access very difficult. Included for group value only.
