Description

Manor Farmhouse is an early 18th-century brick farmhouse situated on Norwich Road, Smallburgh. The building is two storeys high and has a roof covered in corrugated concrete tiles. The facade features a door located to the left of centre, set within panelled reveals and flanked by pilasters that extend upwards to a flat hood. There are two 3-light windows on the ground floor, one to the left and one to the right. Above are three windows to the first floor, all with 3 lights and set beneath gauged skewback arches. A platband runs along the first floor and continues onto the returns and rear of the building. The gabled eaves line up with this platband. The gabled roof incorporates internal end stacks and two further ridge stacks. The west gable features a blocked attic window, situated beneath a moulded floating cornice.
