Description

Number 10 on High Street is a building dating from the 17th or 18th century, featuring an early 19th-century red brick front. It has a pantile roof with gable ends, and the steep gable at the north end indicates the pitch of the original roof. The south end wall has been rebuilt in new brick. The building is two storeys tall with an attic, which includes a small attic window in the north gable end. There are three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars set in exposed casings, and they have slightly rubbed brick arches above them. The central entrance features a glazed door, and there is a brick chimney stack located at the north end.
