Description

No. 13 on Cromer Road is a pair of cottages built in the late 18th century. The cottages are constructed of flint with brick dressings and have a colourwashed front elevation. They feature a steeply-pitched pantile roof and stand two storeys high. On the ground floor, there are two half-glazed doors and two windows with glazing bars, all set beneath segmental heads. The first floor has two two-light casement windows. The east gable is parapetted and has gable chimney stacks. There is also evidence of an earlier, lower gable line in the east wall. At the rear, there is a lean-to with casement windows.
