Description
Hall Farmhouse is a house that was originally built in the 17th century and later remodeled and extended in the 18th century. It is constructed from knapped flint with brick dressings and features a hipped roof covered with glazed black pantiles. The facade has two storeys with a varied arrangement of windows.
On the ground floor, there is a 2-light casement window to the left, followed by a long blocked opening, and then a 3-light casement in a larger opening that is partially blocked. To the right of this, there are two further blocked openings. The upper floor has three 2-light casements, again with two blocked openings to their right. The building is adorned with a brick dentil eaves cornice and has an off-centre axial stack with four clustered polygonal shafts. At the rear, there is a stair outshut that includes a sash window with glazing bars and a semi-circular head. A 20th-century timber porch is also present.
