Description
Holly Farm House is a former farmhouse dated 1738. It is built of red brick and features a black glazed pantiled roof. The house has two storeys with attics and consists of five bays. On the ground floor, there are four sash windows with cambered brick arches, while the first floor has five sash windows, all with glazing bars, dating from the 20th century. The central door is framed by an architrave and has a pentice porch, also from the 20th century. There is a first-floor platband and a dentil eaves cornice. The house has three 20th-century dormers with glazing bars, and the gables are parapeted with tumbling and end stacks. The date is inscribed on the east gable, accompanied by a platband at the attic floor level.
