Description

No. 3 Church Street is a pair of cottages from the late 19th century that have been combined into one dwelling. The building is constructed from flint with red brick detailing and features a pantile roof with coped gable ends and brick dentil eaves. It is two storeys high and has two windows, which are two-light casements. The left-hand doorway has been replaced with a modern casement, while there is a glazed door located to the right of the centre. The ground floor openings have segmental heads, and there is a brick chimney stack at each end of the building, which has chamfered corners.
