Nos 1 and 3, North Street, are a pair of late 18th or early 19th century buildings constructed of brick and roofed with pantiles. The buildings are three storeys high and feature sash windows. Each entrance is topped with a fanlight. Nos 1 and 3, known as Empsom House, are listed as a group.
