Description

The walls of the churchyard of the Church of St Nicholas date back to around the 17th century. The east wall is made of red brick and stands about 6 feet high, featuring a stone, roll-moulded weathered coping. The northeast section of the wall includes a mix of flint and brick, also approximately 6 feet high. This part has been affected by later building work and includes sections that have been renewed in red brick.
