The building faces west and comprises a three storey front elevation with an early C19 wooden shop front and two entrances on the ground floor. The principal entrance is recessed and centrally placed, the domestic entrance is located to the left-hand side. There are two pairs of sash windows at first and second floor level. The upper storeys are faced in lined and painted stucco. At third-floor level are four iron pattress plates.

The building forms a group with Numbers 2-14 Church Street (even).
