Description

Rosedale is a house built around 1800. It is constructed of brick and has a pantile roof. The building stands two storeys high and features three bays, with the central bay projecting forward. There are pilasters at the corners of the elevation. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed 20th-century door with panelled reveals and a simple doorcase. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and those on the ground floor are set under gauged skewback arches. The roof is gabled and has internal end stacks, with tumbling in the gable heads.
