Description
Nos 10 and 12 Brook Street are early 19th-century buildings. They feature a flint cobbled exterior with stuccoed quoins and window surrounds. The roof is made of pantiles and has overhanging eaves. The buildings are two storeys high and have two sash windows with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two central doorways set within a continuous stuccoed surround, each with glazed and panelled doors.
