Description
Number 64 Staithe Street is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. It features a stucco exterior that is lined and painted, with a first-floor band and a plinth. The building has a pantiled roof with an eaves cornice and two gabled casement dormers. On the first floor, there are three windows with exposed frames, which now only have central glazing bars. The shop front, dating from around 1830, includes channelled pilasters. There is a separate doorway on the left that leads to a passage. This property is part of a group that includes Moyshiel Restaurant, numbers 44, 48 to 54 (even), and 60 to 78 (even) along with the courtyard.
