Description

The Corner House is an early 19th-century house located on Cromer Road in Old Hunstanton. It is constructed of red brick and features a black glazed pantiled roof. The house is two stories tall and has three bays, with two additional two-story sections at the rear.

On the ground floor, there are two tripartite windows, while the first floor has three sash windows with glazing bars, all set beneath flat rubbed brick arches. The central entrance door is a four-panel design with the upper panels glazed, framed by a fluted architrave with corner paterae. Above the door is a segmental fanlight with glazing bars and a segmental rubbed brick relieving arch. The façade is accentuated by two end pilaster strips, and the central bay is slightly projected forward. The building also features a wooden eaves cornice, coped parapets, and two end stacks.
