Description

34 and 34A Bridge Street is an 18th-century building that has been altered. It features a combination of carstone and red brick, with a rendered rusticated front. The structure is two stories high and has six flush frame sash windows on the first floor, which include glazing bars, moulded architraves, and cambered heads. No 34 has mainly mid-19th century shop fronts and was formerly a corn shop. No 34A has a recessed entrance with a wooden case and a display window on the splayed sides of the recess.
