Description

The memorial to Robert Howard, located 2 meters south of the nave of the Church of St. Mary, is a Grade II listed headstone dating from 1720. It is made of limestone and features a square shape with a carved top. The memorial is supported by a pair of fluted Doric pilasters that hold up a moulded entablature. Atop the pilasters are urns, and between these urns are two winged cherub heads. The pilasters frame an inscription panel.
