Description

No 32 on High Street is a building that likely dates from the 17th century and has been altered over time. It features three sash windows on the first floor, which now only have central glazing bars. The building has a steep roof covered with machine tiles and two gabled sash dormers. The first floor is rendered with scored jointing and has rusticated quoins, while the ground floor is partly rusticated and primarily consists of two wooden shop fronts, which are used for furniture stores. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 26 to 38 (even) and Nos 48 and 50.
