It is constructed of flint and red and white chalk lump with brick dressings, topped by a red pantiled roof. The structure is two storeys high with attics. Each cottage features two ground floor openings and one first floor opening.

No. 69, situated at the west, has a two-light ground floor casement cross window and a 20th-century part glazed door. No. 71 has a two-light casement window with a single glazing bar and a part glazed door from around 1900. No. 73, located to the east, includes a two-light casement with a single glazing bar and a boarded door on the ground floor. All openings are framed with 19th-century brick dressings.

On the first floor, there are two two-light casements with single glazing bars, along with another two-light casement with glazing bars towards the east. The roof has a lower pitch than the gables and features three Norfolk ridge roofed dormers, each with two-light casements and single glazing bars. The east gable displays chalk quoins, a brick eaves kneeler, and a coped parapet, while the west gable is primarily made of pink chalk, with flint, brick kneelers, and a parapet.
