Description

Bridge House is a house built in the late 18th century. It is made of red brick and rendered, featuring a steeply pitched roof with gable end parapets and end stacks. The building has two storeys and includes a dentil band and a plain band on the south gable end. There are two recessed hung sash windows from the mid-19th century, each with four panes. Additionally, there is one similar window and a panelled door. The late 19th-century shop front has a moulded architrave that incorporates a shop doorway, along with narrow reeded pilasters and small inverted scroll brackets supporting the entablature.
