Description

The temple, an ornamental feature of the park, dates from the 19th century and is constructed of gault brick with a slate roof. It features two Tuscan columns in antis made of rubbed brick, a pediment with an eroded datestone, and low walls between the columns and the angles. Inside, the rear and return walls are lined with glazed terracotta-coloured tiles, and there is a central niche at the rear. The temple is situated on Bradmoor Hill, at the end of a vista from Narford Hall located approximately 1 kilometer to the south-southeast, and it is about 120 meters north of Public Footpath No. 7.
