Description

The gates and gate piers at number 4, Millbridge Nursing Home, date from the mid-18th century and are made of cast iron. They feature fine Rococo detailing, with segmental headed ends and a rectangular center, which originally opened independently but now function as leaves. The gate piers are constructed of brick and topped with simple tiled copings, added around 1900, but these are not considered of special interest.
