Description

This is a terrace of four houses located in Great Yarmouth, built in the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of red brick with a pantile and machine tile roof. They are two storeys and have an attic level, with a four-window facade for each property. Each house features a door and one window bay. The doorcases have raised and reeded surrounds, with reeded friezes and roundels in the upper corners, topped by flat hoods. The doors themselves are 20th-century replacements. Ground-floor windows are arched at the top. The first-floor windows are flat-topped. Number 2 has sash windows lacking glazing bars, while the remaining windows are late 20th-century casements. A Mansard roof slopes to meet machine tiles, and contains four shallow dormers, also with late 20th-century casements. The roof is hipped at the north end and has two ridge stacks.
