Description

Manor Farm House is a farmhouse dated 1752, constructed of red brick and covered with black pantiles. The building has two storeys and features a rear outshut. Its three-bay facade includes a central door that is sheltered by a 20th-century timber portico. The windows are 20th-century sash types with glazing bars, set in their original openings and topped with gauged brick arches. The facade is accented by end pilasters and a moulded timber eaves cornice. The parapet verges have end stacks and brick tumbling. Wrought iron gable ties are present, initialled 'E.M.' with the 'M' encised and dated. There is a 20th-century timber logia on the west side, a flat-roofed dormer in the outshut, and a flat-roofed rear extension, both added in the 20th century.
