Description
The well head located approximately 15 metres west of Springwell Cottages is a roofed structure from the mid-19th century. It is built of brick and features a metal sheet roof. The well head has a hexagonal shape and includes a plain boarded door along with an iron winch handle. The roof is steeply pitched and octagonal, topped with a finial.
