Description

Corner Cottage is a late 18th-century house in Colkirk Hall Lane. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings, rendered and scored to resemble ashlar, except for the west gable-end. The roof is covered in black tiles. The two-storey house has an attic and a facade with three bays of sash windows featuring glazing bars. The central first-floor window is semi-circular headed. A simple doorcase with reeded pilasters sits below the front door. A dentil cornice runs along the top. Two dormers with flat roofs and sash windows are visible. Gable-end stacks rise from the roof, and a slightly later outshut extends to the rear.
