Description
Sparham House is a house built around 1820, with embellishments added around 1840. It is constructed of brick with traces of limewash and has slate roofs. The building has two storeys and features an east facade with three bays of sash windows that have glazing bars and blind boxes beneath skewback arches. The central front doorway is topped with a replica stone pediment supported by consoles, and the southern bay is slightly advanced. The corners of the house have rusticated quoins in stucco. The south facade also has three bays and is styled similarly, with wide eaves and hipped roofs. There are later additions to the building.
