Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on Station Street in Swaffham. It is constructed of red brick with a pantiled roof. The house is two storeys and two windows wide. A four-panelled door is located to the right, set within a timber doorcase with a hood. A 6/6 sash window with an unhorned pane sits to the left, positioned under a gauged skewback arch. Two similar sash windows are found on the first floor. The roof is gabled, with a rebuilt internal gable-end stack to the north. The interior of the house has not been inspected. The Group Value context indicates that it is a building of some architectural merit.
