Description

These almshouses, now a private house, were built in 1861. They comprise two almshouses, known as the Town House. The building is constructed of brick, with a gabled slate roof. It is a single storey in height with shaped gable ends. The facade is banded with gault brick. Blocked gable windows are visible. A single-storey, flat-roofed extension was added in the 20th century to the front facade. The central ridge features double diamond-shaped flues rising from a stack.
