Description

Sunnydene is a house dating from around 1700. It has a timber frame with rendered lath and plaster that was refronted in brick in 1900. The roof is covered with corrugated tiles and features a lobby entrance plan. The house is two storeys high, with a door located under the stack and three sash windows on the ground floor, along with four sash windows on the first floor. The roof is bell-based and gabled, with the ridge stack having been rebuilt. There is an external west gable stack, a 19th century clay lump extension, and a 20th century extension at the rear.
