Description
Old Hall Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been faced in the early 19th century. It is likely a timber frame structure that has either been faced or replaced with brick, topped with a black pantile roof. The building features a lobby entrance type plan and is two storeys high with an attic.
On the ground floor, there are three tripartite sash windows with glazing bars set beneath skewback arches. The first floor has three sash windows with glazing bars as well. The front door is a two-leaf raised and fielded panelled design, located opposite the stack, and is framed by a simple doorcase with reeded pilasters and an entablature. The farmhouse has an off-centre axial stack and a later gable-end stack. A small section of rendered timber frame is visible at the rear.
