Description
Merton Hall Brewery is a late 19th-century brewery that has been converted into garages. The building is constructed of brick and features a tiled roof. It consists of three ranges under stepped gables, designed in a style reminiscent of a house. To the north, there is a single-storey utility room with a stepped gable and an external stack. The first floor includes three sash windows with glazing bars. A twin-shafted stack is located over the stepped south gable, and there is a bellcote positioned north of the centre. A balustraded garden wall runs north to enclose a stable yard, returning to a second gate pier. Additionally, there are one-storey utility buildings to the east, made of brick and topped with a gabled pantiled roof.
