Description
Saham Hall Farmhouse is a mid-19th century farmhouse constructed of flint with gault brick dressings and a slate roof featuring gabled ends and decorative bargeboards. The building has two storeys and a T-shaped plan. The main facade is symmetrical with three bays, showcasing 3-light casements that have 4-centred heads set in chamfered gault brick surrounds, along with drip moulds over the openings. The centre bay is made of gault brick and includes a gabled porch with corner piers topped by pinnacles, leading to a doorway with an elliptical arched head. Internal gable stacks are present, featuring twin ornate terra-cotta shafts with moulded caps and bases. To the south, there is a range with 3-light casements and some blocked first-floor openings. A small one-storey extension is located on the west gable, which has a parapet to the north, a single light casement, an entrance door, and a west wall. An entrance porch is situated in the south-west angle of the building.
