Description

No 1 Church Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It features two windows on both the first and second floors, along with a central blank panel, all adorned with gauged flat arches. The second-floor windows have vertical glazing bars, while the first floor now displays central glazing bars only. The eaves cornice is supported by coupled brackets, and the building has a low pitch pantile roof. The shop front includes a wooden case for the central entrance and two splay bay windows. No 1 forms a group with No 2 Market Place.
