Description

Bridge House is a house dating from the early 18th century, with later additions to the north and south elevations. It is constructed of painted brick and features an old tile roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with a floor band running along the façade. There are four flush sash windows and three gabled casement dormers, all topped with gable parapets and chimney stacks. The entrance has a door with four fielded panels and one glazed panel, set within an early 19th-century Roman Doric pilaster surround that includes a dentilled pediment. Additionally, there is a one-window extension to the north from the 18th century, which has a red brick chimney stack and an oven.
